Alfa Ray "Pat" and Joanne Patterson lived in our home from 1968-2009. Both were master gardeners and founding members of the Stonehocker Preservation Society, which was instrumental in the preservation and restoration of the historic Stonehocker property in Northglenn (more on its history here).
Recently, this article from 1997 was passed on to us from a member of the Northglenn Historic Preservation Commission. It was the first image we've seen of our second homeowners and shares a little bit about their journey to save the Stonehocker House. I wonder what they would think of us following in their footsteps to restore and protect their home and the homes of Deza Estates.
